Welcome to MoBoo!

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MoBoo’s websites, mobile applications, and online services (collectively, the “Site”), provided by MoBoo, LLC (“MoBoo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using MoBoo, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and the MoBoo app.

1. Use of Materials
All materials, designs, and content available on MoBoo are the property of MoBoo, LLC or its content providers and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • Personal Use: You may download or view one copy of materials for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep all copyright notices intact.
  • Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, upload, post, or otherwise use materials for commercial purposes.
  • Software: Any software made available through MoBoo is licensed, not sold. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software.
  • User Content License: By uploading or submitting content to MoBoo, you grant MoBoo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for providing and improving our services.

2. User Conduct
You agree not to post or transmit content that:

  • • Is defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • Commercial Use: Unauthorized commercial messages and collection of email addresses are prohibited.
  • • Violates the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • • Includes spam, chain letters, or unauthorized commercial promotions.

MoBoo reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove content at its discretion.

3. No Personal or Professional Advice 
Information provided on MoBoo is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not replace professional, medical, or educational advice.

4. AI and Data Usage
MoBoo uses AI technologies to personalize recommendations and improve user experience.

  • • Transparency: We use AI based on our data to provide recommendations or interactions based on your indicated interests.
  • • Ethical Use: Our AI systems are designed to respect privacy, fairness, and inclusivity.
  • Transparency in AI: We are committed to transparency about how AI influences our services. Users can access information about how AI impacts their interactions and recommendations on MoBoo.com.
  • • Data Handling: AI models use anonymized or aggregated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal identifiers are not used for AI training without explicit consent.

5. Account Management
When creating a MoBoo account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Keep login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Supervise any child accounts created under your Parent Account.

MoBoo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used unlawfully.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms
MoBoo subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in Manage Subscription settings.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Pricing and features may change with notice; continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing cycles.

7. Account Deletion
You can delete your MoBoo account at any time:

  1. Log into your Parent Account.
  2. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  3. Answer the confirmation question.
  4. Tap Delete to confirm.

When deleted, your personal data is permanently removed, and remaining information is anonymized for statistical and system improvement purposes. This anonymized data is no longer identifiable to you or your child.

8. Termination of Access
MoBoo may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may terminate this agreement by ceasing to use MoBoo and deleting all downloaded materials.

9. Content Availability
Book titles, features, or content may change due to licensing or technical reasons. MoBoo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service but strives to provide the best possible experience.

10. Third-Party Links and Services
MoBoo may contain links to third-party sites or services. These are provided for convenience only. MoBoo is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions. Verify the legitimacy of any third-party offers independently.

11. Mobile Networks and Data Charges
When using MoBoo through mobile networks, data or messaging rates from your provider may apply. Some features may not function on all devices or networks.

12. Disclaimers
MoBoo provides all services “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied.

We make no guarantees that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use is at your own risk

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoBoo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant subscription or service.

14. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify MoBoo, its affiliates, and employees against any claims or damages resulting from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

15. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Atlantic County, New Jersey, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

16. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey for enforcement or injunctive relief.

17. Modifications to Site and Terms
MoBoo may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically; updates will be effective upon posting with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
